Gi-Gi is the Head of Planning at Edelman in New York. She has spent over a decade helping organizations navigate the consumer connection through better communications online, in store, and on mobile devices; developing a method for brand voice and verbal identity that puts consumer insights at the core of the creative process. Her focus has always been to create engaging, meaningful, safe and scalable experiences that align companies and brands with their most-passionate audiences and deliver impact on the bottom line.
She has led the development of communications platforms for some of the world’s largest brands, retailers, online publishers and entertainment properties, including the end-to-end plan to launch brand new products into market.
Her clients have included: AOL, Disney, Unilever, Schick, Crayola, Heinz, Kimberly-Clark, iRobot, G.E., Pfizer, Target, T.J. Maxx, Walmart, eBay, The Home Depot and Walgreens.
