Chad is a lead US partner for eatbigfish based in the NY/CT area. A quintessential change-agent and ‘intra-preneur’, he joined the firm after 15 years of challenging the status quo and managing and building Challenger brands inside global Food and Beverage companies like PepsiCo, Campbell’s Soup, Nestle and General Mills. In fact, he engaged eatbigfish as a client for 8 years before he joined the ‘Challenger Project.’

Chad has built nearly 30 years of progressive Challenger Strategy, Marketing, Innovation and Management experience and has done work in a broad range of industries and on a diverse group of iconic brands including Twitter, Four Seasons Hotels, New Balance, Darden Restaurants, Callaway Golf and recently a Canadian company looking to challenge the global prohibition of Cannabis.

Chad is an regular speaker on the subjects of Challenger mindset, behavior and culture and how Challengers embrace constraints and practice resourcefulness to deliver breakthrough innovation. He has addressed business, marketing and innovation conferences around the world and numerous corporate senior executive off-sites.
