Bree Groff is a speaker, consultant, and serves as CEO of NOBL Collective. Fortune 500 companies as well as the world's most innovative agencies trust NOBL to accelerate change in their organizations.
For more than a decade, Bree has been focused on transformation, innovation, and organizational design, advising leaders at companies including Dentsu Aegis Network, J. Walter Thompson, M&C Saatchi Mobile, Calvin Klein, and Adobe. She is internationally recognized for her thought leadership on designing organizations that thrive amidst change.
Previously, Bree founded and led an innovation department, advised leaders as a service design consultant, and explored communication, decision-making, and interpersonal chemistry as a psychology researcher. In previous careers, she performed as a stage actress and taught high school math. She holds a BA in Psychology and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Organizational Learning and Change from Northwestern University. She continues to lecture on decision-making at Northwestern.
Bree lives in Brooklyn with her husband and 2 year old daughter.
