Adrian Barrow is Planner in Residence at Team One’s Legacy Lab. His career has spanned over 25 years, 4 continents and a wide variety of important categories including luxury, technology, financial services and retailing.

Adrian has held a range of senior positions at J. Walter Thompson including Global Planning Director at JWT SF, Head of Planning at New York and has been a member of JWT’s Worldwide Planning Planning Council. During his nine years at JWT Adrian lead strategic planning for many of the agency's most significant clients including Macy’s, J&J, Microsoft, Nestle, Diageo, Vonage and Rolex.

Throughout his career Adrian has also held senior positions at some of the world's leading creative shops including Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, Saatchi & Saatchi and DMB&B in Sydney, Team One in Los Angeles and WWAV Rapp Collins in London. During this time, he has developed innovative tools such as Culture Muscle ™ and has crafted award winning strategies for iconic brands including Renault, Lexus, The Australian Tourism Commission, Range Rover, Foxtel Cable TV, Toyota, Microsoft, Smirnoff and Lean Cuisine.

Adrian's work has been honored by the UK Direct Marketing Association, Effie Worldwide, the AAAA’s Jay Chiat Awards and the ARF's David Ogilvy Awards. He has sat on the Effectiveness Committee of the APG in Australia and he's been a regular finals' judge for the Effie Awards in the US.
